Building a Grief Toolkit

A practical workshop for navigating life alongside grief

Saturday 3 October, 8:30–12:30 — £59

Grief can affect every part of life. It can leave us feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, and unsure what helps. While grief cannot be fixed or removed, there are ways to support ourselves through difficult moments and build resources that help us carry what has happened.

This three-hour workshop is designed to help you create your own personalised grief toolkit. Together, we will explore practical, emotional, social, and meaningful sources of support that can help you navigate grief in everyday life.

Through a combination of grief education, coaching exercises, reflection, discussion, journalling, and mindful photography, you will identify what already supports you, discover new possibilities, and create a plan you can return to when grief feels particularly difficult.

We will explore

This workshop is suitable for anyone who is grieving and feels ready to explore practical ways of supporting themselves. Whether your loss was recent or many years ago, you are welcome.

You will leave with

This is an educational and coaching-based workshop rather than a therapy or counselling group. There will be opportunities for reflection and discussion, but no expectation to share personal details unless you wish to.

This workshop can be 1:1 or in a group.
